WHEN?

· most Saturdays November-March: tournaments

· 3-3:30 Tuesdays: mandatory meetings starting September 21

· 3:30-5 Tuesdays: optional practice

WHERE?

· Tuesday meetings: Dr. Hurst’s room

· Tournaments are all over the Toledo area at various schools

· Some tournaments we travel to in Ohio

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

· Show up to the next Tuesday meeting 3:00 Dr. Hurst’s room

· Team fee is $50 per student + parent volunteer time (will be reviewed at parent meeting)

IMPORTANT DATES:

· October 9 @ 11AM: casual BBQ & games for recruiting & team building

· October 19 @ 7PM: Parent Orientation (very important!)

· TBD: Thanks-ween Party

· TBD: Christmas Party
